At RavenLibrary.com, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns on:

  • Physical products (such as wall art, phone cases, home décor, etc.)

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Digital products and downloads

  • Custom-made or personalized items

  • Gift cards

How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at Poe@RavenLibrary.com with your order number and reason for the return.

  2. We will provide instructions and a return address.

  3. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

  • Refunds typically take 5–7 business days to process after we receive your return.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at Poe@RavenLibrary.com within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
